Service Description

Sexuality Coaching starts by setting goals together - what do you want to achieve during the coaching process? From there, I provide education and resources to help you better understand and think about your challenge and goals. During coaching and between sessions, we will do activities and use process designed to unlock your potential and help you better understand the nature of your challenges and the many solutions there might be to resolve them. Everyone deserves to live their best sexual life, but there are societal, cultural, relational and personal reasons why accessing your best sexual life might be challenging. We change as we move through our lives and meet new people, have new experiences, and evolve in our thinking. We also confront physical and mental health changes that can impact our sexuality, but they don't have to get in your way. We can work together creatively to seek a better future for you and your relationship(s).
